Prairie Village police release photos of attempted robbery at Hy-Vee Gas

Prairie Village police have released a series of photos of the man who attempted to rob the Hy-Vee Gas station at State Line Road and Cambridge Street Monday.

Here’s the statement they put out with the pics:

On 10/1/2012 at about 1522 hrs, the pictured male subject entered the HyVee gas station located at 7720 State Line Road.  He pointed a black handgun at the victim, showed her a plastic bag and demanded the money.  There was no loss and the suspect was seen leaving the store southbound on foot.   A witness stated she observed the suspect enter the passenger side of a grey vehicle, possibly a Chevy Corsica and leave the area.
