Shawnee Mission job fair for non-teaching opportunities set for today. The Shawnee Mission School District this afternoon will host a job fair highlighting non-teaching career opportunities in the district. “No appointment is necessary,” reads a message from the district. “Our district offers competitive salaries and full benefits for those who work a minimum of 20 hours a week. We hope you’ll consider joining the SMSD team and making a difference!” The fair will run from 3 to 6 p.m. at SM North, 7401 Johnson Drive.
Kansas School Nurse Organization names SMSD’s Rebeck School Nurse Administrator of the Year. Shawnee Mission School District Coordinator of Health Services has been named the 2018 School Nurse Administrator of the Year by the Kansas School Nurse Organization.
