Overland Park police chief points to Metcalf wreck as ‘classic case of distracted driving’

A rear-end collision in the 7700 block of Metcalf this week has Overland Park Police Chief Frank Donchez reminding motorists of the danger of texting and driving.

A video of the accident, which occurred around 1:20 p.m. Tuesday, from a Metcalf traffic camera shows a sedan plowing into the car in front of it. See below:
