Xu files for re-election to House. First term Rep. Rui Xu announced this morning that he has filed by petition for re-election to his District 25 seat in the 2020 cycle. “During the 2018 campaign, I promised that I would actively reach out to everyone in the community to make sure their voices were heard, even if they did not have the time or resources to follow the daily ins-and-outs of state politics,” Xu said. “It is MY responsibility to keep them updated, which is why I’m very proud that we spent this summer canvassing all eight cities to collect petition signatures.”
