Shawnee Mission area election results

The Johnson County Election Office has posted unofficial final results in a number of area races. Here’s how things shook out on election day across northeastern Johnson County:

Shawnee Mission Board of Education

SM North seat

  • Sara Goodburn (incumbent): 40%
  • Lisa Feingold: 35%
  • Brian Koon: 25%

SM Northwest seat

  • Jamie Borgman: 72%
  • Devin Wilson: 28%

SM South seat

  • Jessica Hembree: 77%
  • Brian Brown: 23%

Overland Park City Council

Ward 1

  • Holly Grummert: 68%
  • Terry Happer Scheier: 32%

Ward 2

  • Paul Lyons (incumbent): 55%
  • Roger Tarbutton: 45%

Ward 3

  • Stephan Glentzer: 38%
  • Tom Carignan: 62%

He earned his bachelor’s degree in business at the University of Wisconsin – Madison, where he worked as a reporter and editor at The Badger Herald.
