Douglas County issues stay-at-home order

The Lawrence-Douglas County Health Department on Sunday issued a stay-at-home order similar to the one announced by the CORE 4 partner governments in the Kansas City metro area the day before. The order goes into effect Tuesday and will last through at least April 23.
