JCCC offers hundreds of Continuing Education classes and certificate programs each year on a wide variety of subjects.

Train your employees with JCCC
A LinkedIn report from 2024 found 90% of companies are concerned about and want to improve employee retention. Meanwhile, 76% of employees are more likely to stay at their workplace if they could benefit from additional training or professional development opportunities, according to a Microsoft survey from 2022.
JCCC has the solution! We provide customized solutions-based training to local businesses and organizations. Our dedicated Business Solutions team will work with you to create a customized training program that aligns with your organization’s talent development needs and your company’s values. JCCC employs hundreds of industry experts to provide this training. Businesses can inquire about personalized training today at cecares@jccc.edu.
Currently, eligible Johnson County businesses can apply for awards of up to $25,000 to provide employee training through the Workforce Development and Continuing Education program at JCCC. Eligible businesses must show the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Eligible Johnson County residents can also apply for these training awards. America’s Small Business Development Center at JCCC
Have you always dreamed of being your own boss or running a small business, but have no idea where to start? Look no further than the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at JCCC.
The Kansas Small Business Development Center at JCCC offers no-cost business advising to grow, market, or transition your existing Kansas business. If your business is in Johnson, Wyandotte, or Miami counties (or you reside in one of those counties), the JCCC Kansas SBDC is here to assist you.
SBDCs are a nationwide network and partner program of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) to help Americans start and grow their small businesses. The advisors at JCCC’s SBDC can help business owners with:
