Dennis Charles Winter passed away December 26th, 2024 at the age of 76. He was born in Eudora, Ks and was a resident of Overland Park. Dennis was a man of great generosity with a wonderful sense of humor. He was at his best when he was telling stories, making those around him laugh and smile. He was a sports junkie. Dennis enjoyed watching almost any sporting event with the Kansas City Royals being his favorite. He enjoyed playing golf and bowling as these were great ways he could spend time with close friends. Dennis cherished every moment spent with his family and will truly be missed by all. May you rest in peace Grandpa Denny.
Dennis is survived by his two sons Nathan Winter (wife Stephanie), Darren Winter (wife Monica); four grandchildren Annabelle, Evan, and Logan Winter, and Rachel Adams. Two sisters Monica Hitz and Christie Woodward (husband David Woodward); and Cousin Allen Winter (wife Suzy).
Preceded in death by his parents Charles and Nevieve Winter; sister Andrea Guth; and sister Julie Winter.
