Two people have minor injuries after a rollover crash on U.S. 69 Highway in Overland Park on Tuesday evening.
Police, firefighters and paramedics were called to the southbound lanes of US-69 just north of 151st Street shortly after 6:30 p.m.
Arriving firefighters reported one vehicle came to a stop on its side.
Police redirected all southbound traffic off the highway at 135th Street. Drivers in traffic south of 135th Street were stuck in place for about 15 minutes.
Due to heavy traffic and construction barriers, some of the firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene by driving northbound in the southbound lanes.
Johnson County Med-Act ambulances transported one adult and one child to area hospitals. Both have non-life-threatening injuries.
The crashed vehicles were removed, and both southbound lanes of the highway reopened at about 7:40 p.m.
No other details were immediately available.
