Ann was born on August 5th, 1933 and passed away on September 3rd, 2026 at the age of 93
Ann Harris, of Baltimore, Maryland and Overland Park, Kansas, died peacefully, surrounded by her children, on September 3, the age of 93.
She is survived by her three loving daughters, Hannah Harris (Jerry Enslein), Ilene Harris (Michael Stein), and Joanne Sinsky (Jeff); cherished grandchildren, Sarah Mandel (Ilan Goldberg). Kate Field, Marni Yoffe (Jon), Matthew Zuckerman, Sam Zuckerman (Meredith), Eric Sinsky, Leanne Sinsky (Erez Cohen), and Jake Sinsky; and adored great-grandchildren, Caden, Remy, Nora, Jack, Adam, Liora, Benny, Ethan and Riley. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Dr. Daniel Harris, her sister, Florine Bretholz, and her parents, Archie and Jeannette Cohen.
Ann grew up in East Baltimore on Ann Street. She met Danny on a blind date and their relationship endured for nearly 61 years, until his death in 2015. Although this left a huge hole in her heart, she persevered and continued to devote her love and energy to her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She loved to host large family holiday gatherings including scores of Passover seders; there was always a place at her table for anyone in need. She had a beautiful voice and we will miss hearing her versions of Broadway showtunes. She had a passion for helping those less fortunate and instilled that value in her children.
The family would like to express their gratitude to her compassionate caregivers in Overland Park.
