Delores Jean Reich, 88, Spring Hill, Kansas passed away Thursday, September 10, 2026 at University of Kansas Health System Hospice House, Olathe, Kansas. Visitation will be 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. Thursday, September 24, 2026 with a Celebration of Life at 11:30 a.m. at Bruce Funeral Home, 712 S. Webster, Spring Hill, Kansas. Inurnment to follow at 2:30 p.m. at Leavenworth National Cemetery, Leavenworth, Kansas. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Spring Hill Food Pantry. Delores was born on June 29, 1938 in Hoyt, Kansas where she grew up. Her parents were Chauncey and Irene (Ent) Rickle. She graduated from Hoyt High School. On November 1, 1958 in Florida, she married Eugene H. “Gene” Reich. Delores worked in sales at Michelin Tire Company, Lenexa, Kansas before retiring. She enjoyed gardening, listening to gospel music and traveling with her friends in her camper. Delores liked to volunteer at the Spring Hill Food Pantry. She was a member of Life Spring Church, Spring Hill.
Delores was preceded in death by her parents Chauncey and Irene Rickel; husband Eugene Reich and stepfather Ed Tibbs.
She is survived by her daughters Esther Conley, Spring Hill, Kansas and Robin Reich, Harrisonville, Missouri; brother Dan (Joan) Rickel, Topeka, Kansas; grandchildren: Jake Conley, Lucas Conley, Travis Conley and Melissa Boyd and great-grandchildren Ella, Hailey, Ellis and Harrison Conley.
