A memorial mass will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, October 6th, 2026 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Shawnee, KS, with visitation beginning at 10:00am. He will be laid to rest following mass at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Shawnee, KS.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Jack may be given to the National Ataxia Foundation.
