Margaret Ellen Allen Bunting, born on February 10, 1957, in Jacksonville, Florida, passed away peacefully on September 24, 2026, in Lenexa, Kansas, at the age of 69.
Margaret was a beloved daughter, sister, mother, and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Allen, Jr., and her parents, Alford and Alice Bunting, Jr. Her memory will be cherished by her daughter, Melissa Allen, and her grandson, Dom Allen. She also leaves behind her loving brothers, Robert N. Bunting and Alford L. Bunting, III.
A visitation will be held on October 30 from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. A service celebrating Margaret’s life will follow at 5:30 p.m. Both events will take place at the City Center Church, 17500 W. 87th Street, Lenexa, KS 66219.
Margaret will be remembered for her kindness, strength, and the love she shared with her family and friends. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
