Oakley, Kansas – Effective 07/17/2026, The Farmers State Bank, Oakley, Ks., has entered into an agreement with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”) to assume the deposit liabilities of Small Business Bank, Lenexa, Kansas.
All deposit accounts previously held at Small Business Bank have been transferred to The Farmers State Bank of Oakley, Ks. Depositors may continue to access their accounts and funds subject to the same terms and conditions in effect prior to the transfer, unless otherwise notified by Farmers State Bank.
Customers should continue using existing banking locations, checks, debit cards, direct deposits, automatic payments, and other banking services until additional information is provided. Farmers State Bank is committed to ensuring a smooth transition and uninterrupted banking services.
