Popular Italian deli La Fetta opens new spot in Prairie Village’s Corinth Quarter

La Fetta's new location near 83rd and Mission is the deli's second shop after their debut in southern Overland Park in late 2025.

Less than a year after opening in southern Overland Park, popular Italian sandwich shop La Fetta Delicatessen has expanded its reach with a new spot a little further north.

The deli is in the recently updated Corinth Quarter shopping center at the corner of 83rd Street and Mission Road in Prairie Village, near Club Pilates and healthy eatery Flower Child.

It is open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and is closed on Sundays.

This newly opened sandwich shop follows the first La Fetta location near 143rd Street and Metcalf Avenue in Overland Park, which has seen quite a wave of popularity since it opened its doors in late 2025.

It also lands in a community owners Adam and Kelly Bracco once called home. Before moving to Overland Park, the husband-and-wife team lived for several years in Prairie Village.

“It’s a great opportunity to get back to some of our roots, and we still have friends and family down in that area,” Adam Bracco told the Post previously.

La Fetta offers a range of more than a dozen sandwiches that are made to order, all with names that nod to rock ’n’ roll greats.

Take, for instance, the Pearl Jam, a turkey, brie and prosciutto sandwich topped with arugula, fig and walnut chutney, or the Queen, a turkey, bacon and fresh mozzarella with pesto, balsamic glaze, tomatoes and arugula.

All of the sandwiches can also be made into a salad or for an extra charge, made with gluten-free bread. The menu also offers multiple vegetarian sandwich options in the Madonna, the Pretender and Green Day.

With the Jam Session or the Bambino, customers can build their own sandwiches, for adults or a kids meal, respectively.

In addition to sandwiches, you can order chips, pasta salad, olive salad or a pickle on the side. There’s also a range of sweet options to close out your meal, like the tiramisu, cookies, French macarons, cupcakes and cannoli on offer at La Fetta.

La Fetta locations also have an Import Market. Patrons can shop for any number of items, like pastas of varying shapes, cured meats, sweet treats, cheeses and antipasto components.
