A Johnson County Post forum for Kansas House candidates in northwestern Johnson County has been rescheduled.
The forum featuring candidates in statehouse districts 14, 117 and 121 is now scheduled for Monday, Oct. 5, starting at 6 p.m. at Lenexa City Center Library.

Originally, this forum was set to occur on Thursday, Sept. 17, at Monticello Library in Shawnee, but it was postponed after the HVAC system at that branch broke earlier that day. (The temperature inside the building at the time the event would have started was 85 degrees.)
Candidates running for these three Kansas House seats in northwestern Johnson County, including parts of De Soto, Lenexa, Olathe and Shawnee, will discuss the issues that matter most to local voters and also take questions from the audience.
The event will be held in the atrium area at the Lenexa City Center branch.
All candidates in Kansas House districts 14, 117 and 121 have been invited to participate.
