Months after a restaurant and bowling venue closed its doors in southern Overland Park, a similar concept appears set to replace it.
South Carolina-based 810 Entertainment has a new Overland Park location in the works, in the space previously occupied by Illinois-based Pinstripes.
The venture has no connection to local sports talk station Sports Radio 810 WHB, nor to the 810 Zone, a sports bar concept linked to the radio station that had a location at Overland Park’s Corbin Park, which closed in 2018.
810 Entertainment is coming to 13500 Nall Ave.
- The venue is coming to a space on the eastern end of the Prairiefire development, just off 135th Street and Nall Avenue.
- Pinstripes occupied that space for more than a decade before abruptly closing its doors earlier this year.
- The space is also near comfort food eatery The Brass Onion and Indian restaurant Rajmahal at Prairiefire.
810 Entertainment offers bowling, burgers and more
- The venue offers bowling alongside eats and craft cocktails.
- Its menu features items like burgers, pizzas, salads, wings and quesadillas.
- On the drink side, 810 Entertainment also offers a list of rotating cocktails like the “Dr. Lecter” (silver tequila, lime and jalapeno juices, mango puree, and tajin) and the “holy water” (Malibu coconut rum, blue curacao, sour mix and soda water).
This marks the first 810 Entertainment in Johnson County
- The new Overland Park spot will also serve as the first location in the wider Kansas City metro area for the company.
- 810 Entertainment is based in South Carolina, where it has four locations.
- Outside of its home state, 810 Entertainment also has locations in several other states — some of which include California, Texas, Florida, Arkansas and Alabama.
