A new healthy eatery is on its way to Prairie Village’s recently remade Corinth Quarter shopping center.
Arizona-based Flower Child plans to open a new location at Corinth Quarter, marking its Johnson County debut.
Flower Child is coming to 83rd Street and Mission Road
- The restaurant plans to move into a space on the north side of the shopping center, according to a site plan on First Washington’s website. First Washington owns Corinth Quarter, as well as neighboring retail center Corinth Square and The Shops of Prairie Village nearby.
- At Corinth Quarter, Fower Child would operate near Brookside Barkery & Bath and Panera Bread.
- That portion of Corinth Quarter recently underwent a makeover, with exterior updates and additional parking spaces.
Flower Child serves salads, wraps and more
- In terms of entrees, the restaurant is known for healthy eats like sweet potato noodle bowls, turkey and avocado cobb salads, and black bean falafel wraps.
- Flower Child also serves appetizers like avocado toast, hummus and pita, and green chile queso.
- The restaurant also offers sweet treats like brownies, lemon olive oil cake, and chocolate chip cookies.
This marks Flower Child’s debut in Johnson County
- The new Prairie Village location will also serve as the first in the wider Kansas City metro-area for the restaurant.
- Flower Child is owned by Arizona-based Fox Restaurant Concepts, which operates 12 other restaurant brands aside from Flower Child.
- Flower Child has locations in 15 states, including one in St. Louis.
