New LEGO store coming to Town Center Crossing in Leawood

The new store will mark the Danish company's second storefront in Johnson County.

A new LEGO store appears on its way to a busy corner of Leawood.

The Danish construction toy brand has a new store in the works at Town Center Crossing, a shopping center at 119th and Roe.

LEGO is coming to 4411 W. 119th St.

  • The store is taking over a space at the Town Center Crossing shopping center, just off 119th Street and Roe Avenue in Leawood.
  • Mattress company Tuft & Needle previously occupied that space.
  • The space is also near cowboy boots retailer Tecovas at the shopping center.

This marks the second LEGO store in Johnson County

  • The company itself has one other Johnson County location, inside the Oak Park Mall in Overland Park.
  • However, Utah-based toy company Bricks & Minifigs also sells LEGO, and that company has a store in downtown Mission.
  • Bricks & Minifigs also has a new store in the works in southern Overland Park.

More is coming to Town Center Crossing

  • Near the future LEGO store, high-end handbag and accessory brand Coach also plans to open a new shop soon.
  • That store is moving into the space formerly occupied by Rockhill Grille, which closed in late 2024.
  • Blowout-focused salon Drybar also plans to open a new location at Town Center Crossing, near Trader Joe’s and pet retailer Treats Unleashed.
