See the Post’s monthly JoCo business roundup — What opened, closed and is coming soon

From coffee and cocktails to ice cream and pizza, here are the eateries and businesses that opened and closed this month in Johnson County, as well as others on the horizon.

Spring has finally sprung in Johnson County, and with it, many new businesses are popping up.

After closing in 2025, downtown Mission doughnut shop Fluffy Fresh reopened its doors — this time with new owners.

Overland Park-based coffee shop Brew Haha Coffeehouse marked a new chapter with an expansion into Shawnee.

And Scratch Gourmet Kitchen reopened in a new space next door to its former home at The Shops of Prairie Village.

With new additions, though, come some closures. Book boutique Ink & Page announced an upcoming closure this summer, and burger chain Wendy’s said goodbye to two Overland Park locations.

Hear more about those openings and closings and more with this month’s roundup.

From coffee and ice cream to cocktails and cookies, are the businesses the Post tracked in March that most recently opened and closed, and more that are coming soon.
