What businesses opened, closed and are coming soon this month in Johnson County

From “dirty” sodas and chocolates to pizza and ice cream, here are the openings, closings and impending new arrivals that the Post reported on this month.

This month, a new Overland Park boutique let its first customers in on a secret (and the secret, as it turns out, is cocktails).

In downtown Olathe, a popular Kansas City, Missouri-based eatery made its Johnson County debut — marking the latest new addition to the growing area.

The new additions come as an acclaimed chocolate shop closes its doors in Leawood, though the chocolatier behind it is hopeful someone else could take over the brand.

All of these and more made for a busy month in Johnson County, as far as local business news. From “dirty” sodas and chocolates to pizza and ice cream, here are the openings, closings and impending new arrivals that the Post reported on this month.
